Anil Maheshwari

The septuagenarian AnilMaheshwari segued through the rough and tumble of journalism for five decades before superannuating from Hindustan Times as a special correspondent. He has twice been a shortterm fellow at Aligarh Muslim University. He has written about a dozen books and is proficient in English and Hindi with a smattering of Urdu. He has contributed to various magazines and newspapers, including the Economic and Political Weekly and Frontier.
