By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or the Privacy Policy. Disputes may be referred to arbitration at the choice of BluOne Ink only, which shall then be governed as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Assignment
