Biswaroop Mukherjee is an experienced HR leader. He has handled multiple high-impact roles in the domain of HR in various organisations of repute across industries and geographies. Biswaroop’s journey in HR began with a passion for understanding the intricacies of human behaviour in the workplace and a drive to create positive organisational cultures that foster growth and development. His interests and expertise are wide ranging, encompassing such eclectic fields as organisation development, change management, executive coaching, and building high-performing teams. Biswaroop completed his management education from SIBM, Pune, and bachelor’s in science from Fergusson College, Pune. He has been associated with Tata Motors for over a decade now and is currently employed as the HR head of the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit. Biswaroop has handled various roles at Tata Motors prior to his current role. He has also worked at GE, Deloitte, Dr. Reddy’s, and ABP Group. An ICF certified coach and a Hogan certified assessor, he has developed a keen interest in human resource development and management. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing HR practitioners in today’s fast-paced and ever-changing business environment. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, Biswaroop has earned certifications in executive coaching and assessment and regularly participates in industry conferences and workshops.
